London's population deserves better debt advice

By John Boyd The London Debt Strategy Group has published a new report into the levels of debt affecting people in England's capital. The report, entitled Treading Water, found that, in the last 3 years, there has been a 75% increase in the number of young Londoners struggling with debt. The average figure for 17-24 year olds has risen from 3,500 to more than 5,500. The Legal Services Commission
